We had to wait a long time for lunch here even though there were few customers present but when it arrived it was very good. If you are not in a great hurry I recommend it. The decor is rather basic in a traditional pub.

Dear all this pub isnt frendley at all, the lanlords a pig.Go to the malt shovel 15 springfield rd, they
have music on a Saturday, and real ale,I wouldnt go to the Dog and Bacon,if you paid me, the staff have no maners at all, and the landlord thinks hes a hot shot,tough guy mate, you havent got what it takes, your on my hit list, so watch your back.This pub is crap The chairs are not very good at all and the food sucks.
